I had the pleasure of staying a night the third week of July and I couldn't have imagined a better place to be. The best part was waking up to the smell of Apple Puff Pastry after a night of laughs, a trip to the hot spring and a fantastic nights sleep. Shawn made this for us and it tastes as good as it smells. Of course, he also made (from scratch), whipped cream for the top... I'm going to make it this weekend!! Thanks again for posting this.
